It's people just like you who will transform this nation. Thanks,Barack
Coming from myself, and no one else.
I just really want to know. Please! Because i must be totally missing something.
Just leave a message with your answer as to why on earth you are voting for McCain.
HOW can people look around these days and see people who can't find work, are watching gas prices skyrocket again and say that they want to elect John McCain? AND while knowing this guy agrees with President Bush on all his decisions hes made?
People, i mean, understand that we all have our own choice--
But are you looking around and seeing our Economy fall apart?
I have friends and family , perhaps even you, who are sick and can't afford to go to the hospital because they cant afford health insurance, yet very few of them are STILL voting for a Repbulican.
Guys, im not attacking you personally, but you need to open your eyes.
Election time is coming very soon and I'm afraid people have not been listening.
Sure, some of you may have a job now, but what if things get worse and you lose your job? What are you going to do for work now?
The economy is not getting any stronger, and this is perhaps a big possibility.
I watched today as McCain had won over another state and it just turned my whole afternoon upside down.
John McCain has already claimed that we don't need Change to this Country but more experience in the White house.
PEOPLE, Something is definitely happening in the White House, but it is NOT Change!
Just recently he delivered the "We will bring the change that we need"
line... Now claiming we actually DO need change! (and using Obamas campaign lines, i might add)
I have heard nothing but wasteful excuses coming from this guy and with an attitude that he has all the Power, and is against everything that would save the American people money.
As I have said before.
Please don't vote because your parents or someone else in your family is trying to convince you to vote. You do not have very long left to pick the man that is going to be leading your country for another 4-8 years.
Do all the research and watch campaigns (they are very interesting) you can on these two candidates.
It could seriously change your life.
In all honesty, McCain just-- scares me.
So please, Send a reply to this and tell me Why or Why you are NOT voting for John McCain.
Thankyou,
Teisha.
Quoted from myspace. com/backbarack
"Earlier on in this race, McCain talked a lot about experience, and how important it is. So let's talk about experience.
Specifically, the total number of years of experience each team has had on either the state or federal level: John McCain has approximately 26 years experience as a congressman, while Sarah Palin has about 2 (two) years experience being the Governor of Alaska, which gives their ticket a total of 28 years of experience.
Barack Obama has approximately 12 years experience as a State and U.S. Senator, while Joseph Biden has 36 years experience being a U.S. Senator, which gives their ticket a grand total of 48 years of experience on either a state or federal level.
So if experience is as important as McCain has stated, then which team is the most qualified to run this country? And even more so, because of McCain's age, voting for him could well mean that you would really be voting for Sarah Palin, who actually has less than 2 years total experience on a state or federal level.
As great of a person as she may be, I must ask: Is she really qualified to run this country?"
I know that with Palin being the new V.P. to McCain, it is helping his approval ratings BIG TIME to women voters.
I think her reason for bringing in alot of those votes are for her anti-abortion
beliefs.
Ok, I can agree with you there. Im not a huge fan of supporting abortion, but are we really gonna give the McCain/Palin side the vote because of a 'no abortion' rule?
Voters, we have so much more to worry about, and our Country is falling to pieces that we need to fix, that McCain has no ultimate plans in changing.
Think about this:
We are against killing unborn children, but we are willing to send them over as adults to lose their lives overseas?
and looking over the past few years-- for what?
(thank you to a friend for that thought)
The Smears:
I know that anyone who has been watching the campaign trails have seen the cutesy examples from Palin. Sigh. Here we go...
"You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig"
Honestly.
"All they (McCain/Palin) want to talk about is Britney, Paris, and lipstick.
They will use any tactic and pay any amount of money to avoid how they will move America.
These are serious times and it requires a serious debate"
-quote from Barack Obama
More soon.

I believe that NOW is the time we get serious about who will be our next leader. With all the problems we have going on in the economy, and people such as myself who are trying to make a living as a young adult-- this is just not happening. If we can't fill up our tanks because of high gas prices, then we can't drive ourselves to work, and if we dont work, then we can't even afford to live in our own houses.
This is not the "American Dream" we hear that we are supposedly living.
I believe Barack Obama to be a great change for the country. He understands the struggles that the Middle Class people are going through, and wants to bring change to those areas. He is the only candidate that I have been able to connect with, and feel I can listen to as a regular human being who does not think he is above anyone else. He listens with sincerity and plans out ways that will be the most realistic way to bring this change about.
There are many republicans who say that "He has no experience, so how does he think he can run the White House?" It clearly does not take just experience. It takes knowledge and good judgement.
Now is more of an important time than ever to really get serious about who you want to run the country. Its YOUR future, and it is in THEIR hands. And I dont think I can afford to elect a man who is in the same party, and has the same plans as our current president. With Obama being called "a risk" by some because of lack of experience, and with how low our Country has come in the past couple of years..... Im willing to take that "risk".
Its time to stop looking at the outward fluff and the phoniness thats delivered and listen to the words coming out of their mouths, apply it to your life and how that will impact your own future.
VOTE because you are serious about who can do the job right. Do not vote because your family or friends are pressuring you one way. Be your Own voice!
